Ahornberg ist eine Ortschaft mit etwa 400 Einwohnern im Nordosten von Bayern, nicht weit von der tschechischen Grenze entfernt. Der höchste Punkt ist etwa 673m ü. N.N., dort befindet sich auch unsere Funkstation. Überregional machen das Bier, das von der ortsansässigen Brauerei kommt und natürlich auch unsere Amateurfunkaktivitäten, Ahornberg weltweit bekannt.
Ahornberg is a village with approximately 400 inhabitants and it is located at the north- eastern part of Bavaria, close to the border to the Czechian Republik. The highest point is about 673m a.s.l., thats the location from our HAM- Radio station. The famous beer and last not least our HAM- Radio activity makes Ahornberg wellknown “all over the world.”
